Ingredients for 1 pizza

30g Crem-A-Poche Truffle
70g mozzarella “fior di latte"
60g Sautéed Mixed Mushrooms "C’Era Una Volta"
10 Mid-Dried Small Tomatoes "Gourmet" in Sunflower Oil
q.s. Peppercorn Cuvée, Spice Mixture Coarse

Method

Stuff the pizza disc with the mozzarella, the Crem-à-Poche Truffle, Mixed Sautéed Mushrooms, Mid-Dried Tomatoes "Gourmet" and put the pizza in the oven.
When finished cooking, garnish with Cuvée Pepper.
