Pizza with white and green asparagus, shrimps and almond pesto

Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 30g Crem-A-Poche Green Asparagus
  2. 70g mozzarella “fior di latte”
  3. 5 White Asparagus
  4. 5 Green Asparagus
  5. 6 shrimps
  6. 40g Avola Almonds Pesto
  7. q.s. Tomato Flakes
  8. q.s. toasted almond flakes
Method

  • Stuff the pizza disc with the mozzarella, the Crem-à-Poche Green Asparagus, white and green asparagus, shrimps and put the pizza in the oven.

  • Once baked, drizzle with almond pesto and garnish with tomato flakes and toasted almond flakes.
