A tasty mixture of julienne vegetables (celery, carrots, peppers, artichokes, celeriac, mushrooms and aubergines) adorned with sliced green and black olives in sunflower oil. Excellent in pizza and bruschetta toppings, salad and as a filling for sandwiches, rolls and wraps, it may also be served with meat or fish and to accompany antipasti. Drained of oil and mixed with mayonnaise it provides a rich “capricciosa"
