Place the milk and cream in a pan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and use a whisk to mix in the sachet of panna cotta mix.
Wait 1 minute then use the whisk again to incorporate the amaretto cream.
Pour the mixture into moulds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
To serve, turn the panna cotta out onto a plate and decorate with the fresh fruit and the amaretti crumbs.
