Anchovies and mackerel with braised endive

Ingredients for 4 portions
  1. 20 fresh anchovies
  2. 2 small mackerel
  3. 300g Braised Endive
  4. q.s. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  5. q.s. Garlic, Ground
  6. q.s. Sea Salt Flakes
  7. q.s. Black Pepper, Ground
Method

  • In a frying pan, cook the anchovies and fillets of mackerel with extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic.

  • In a separate pan, gently heat the braised endive.

  • When the fish is cooked, season with salt and pepper and arrange on the plate, alternating the fish with the endive.

  • Garnish to taste and serve.
