In a saucepan boil the milk, remove from the heat, mix the liquid part with the preparation for bonet with a whisk for a few minutes.
Put the mixture in molds and place them in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.
After that unmold the bonet, put in place and decorate it to taste with the berries and caramel topping. Serve.
