60g mozzarella
50g roastbeef
40 buffalo mozzarella
2 Rustic Artichokes
q.s. flakes of Parmesan cheese

Method

Top the pizza base with mozzarella and cook in the oven.
Once cooked, garnish with the buffalo mozzarella, roastbeef, one artichoke cut into slices, one artichoke opened as flower and put in the middle, the Parmesan flakes, passion fruit dressing and chives.
