Pizza with parmesan cream, culatello and vinegar cream

Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 40g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Cream
  2. 80g mozzarella
  3. 4 slices of culatello
  4. q.s. songino salad
  5. q.s. Crema Di Aceto With Aceto Balsamico Di Modena Pgi
Method

  • Top the pizza base with the parmesan cream, mozzarella and bake in the oven.

  • Once cooked garnish with salad, culatello and vinegar cream.
