Pizza with pesto alla genovese, mozzarella, mussels and taggiasca olives

Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 45g Pesto Alla Genovese
  2. 75g mozzarella
  3. 70g mussels
  4. 12 Pitted "Taggiasche" Olives In Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  5. q.s. fresh basil
Method

  • Top the pizza base with all ingredients and bake in the oven.

  • Once cooked garnish with fresh basil.
