Tex-Mex Wrap

Ingredients for 4 portions
  1. 4 curcuma tortilla wrap
  2. 400g beef flank steak
  3. 100g Pepper Fillets in Sunflower Oil
  4. 100g "Mexicanos" Beans
  5. 80g Crem-A-Poche Four Cheeses
  6. 15g Grill-Mexicana, Seasoning Salt
  7. q.s. lettuce
Method

  • Cut the beef in strips, flavour it with mexican mix e quickly cook on a fry pan.

  • Season it with peppers and beans.

  • Plate with the tortilla in the center, close it e garnish with cheese cream.
