Fondue - Fonduta Alla Valdostana

A cream made with Fontina cheese from Val d’Aosta, milk and eggs. A classic cheese “fondue” also ideal as a sauce or filling for ravioli or other filled pasta. Excellent for canapés or vol-au-vents.
