Sweet-Hot Clementine Sauce

A sauce based on a traditional candied clementine preserve, minced and enriched with a touch of mustard, which gives the product a typical piquant taste. Particularly good with sheep’s milk ricotta, mature ricotta and cow’s milk ricotta and cheeses in general.
