Sweet-Hot Lemon Sauce

A sauce based on a traditional candied lemons preserve, minced and enriched with a touch of mustard, which gives the product a typical piquant taste. Particularly good with sheep’s milk ricotta, mature ricotta and more generally with cow’s milk ricotta and cream cheeses.
