Pizza with ‘nduja cream

Ingredients for 1 pizza

  • 50g “stracciatella” cheese
  • 70g mozzarella fior di latte
  • 30g ‘Nduja Cream
  • 30g Pepper Fillets in Sunflower Oil
  • 7 Pitted Black Olives
  • 4 Caperberries in Sunflower Oil
  • q.s. Oregano, Dried
  • q.s. fresh basil

Method

  • Stuff the pizza disc with mozzarella, black olives, pepperoni slices, oregano and put the pizza in the oven.

  • Garnish with 'nduja cream, “Stracciatella” cheese, caperberries and fresh basil.
